THE CATERING SERVICE OF THE ORBE AND CHAMBLON SITES IS LOOKING FOR

MAIN ACTIVITIES


  • Prepare and manage, at the catering level, the closure of the Chamblon site and the reunification of teams in Orbe
  • Manage the kitchens of Orbe and Chamblon from an operational, human and financial perspective
  • Provide quality services that meet customer expectations
  • Be responsible for the optimal functioning of the kitchen team
  • Ensure compliance with food safety management methods and principles


SKILLS – REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS


  • Hold a federal head chef certificate or equivalent training
  • Have proven experience in a similar position
  • Master dietetic cooking and the development of menus adapted to different dietary requirements
  • Have a sense of priorities
  • Be creative and innovative
  • Have a natural leadership attitude
  • Be comfortable with communication and training
  • Have analytical skills and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Possess a strong "customer orientation"
