For our client, a reputable fiduciary in Geneva, we are offering a position of: Head of fiduciary accountants. For a full-time position to be filled ideally before February 1st. HEAD OF FIDUCIARY ACCOUNTANTSMISSION DESCRIPTIONLeadership and team management- Supervise and lead a team of accountants by promoting their professional development and technical skills through coaching (interns, junior accountants, senior accountants).- Coordinate resources to optimize team performance and meet deadlines.- Foster a stimulating work environment focused on technical quality.- Ensure compliance of financials and other accounting deliverables with Swiss accounting standards and regulatory requirements.- Ensure a high level of technical quality, notably through risk reviews and the implementation of quality controls.- Autonomous management of a portfolio of clients.- Be one of the technical references.Client management- Maintain and develop relationships with our clients by being their main contact for all accounting questions.- Understand the specific needs and issues of each client, propose tailored solutions and ensure quality support that adds value for the clients.Contribution to and implementation of the growth strategy of the Accounting Department.- Identify opportunities for internal processes and propose solutions to participate in transversal projects of the fiduciary and foster them.Requirements:- Minimum X of accounting expertise and any relevant qualifications/diploma X.- At least 5 years in a similar position within a fiduciary in Switzerland.- Previous experience in team management.Technical skills:- Excellent knowledge of accounting and tax standards.Human skills:- Excellent interpersonal and management skills. - Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.Languages: Fluent in French, professional level in English. jid0f534d8aen jit0208aen jpiy26aen
