Ensure ongoing maintenance, minor technical interventions, and tasks across several sites. Guarantee a responsive, reliable, and high-quality service. My client is looking for a technician to intervene on multiple sites in the canton. The role is field-based and requires a technical profile, resourceful, autonomous, and service-oriented. The person will work from one site but will regularly intervene at a main site, as well as occasionally at others in the canton.Missions:Main roleEnsure ongoing maintenance, minor technical interventions, and tasks across several sites. Guarantee a responsive, reliable, and high-quality service.Key Responsibilities:Maintenance & Technical InterventionsBe the frontline responder on HVAC (heating, sanitary, electricity). Diagnose simple failures and perform basic repairs. Solicit and monitor requests for advanced technical interventions. Ensure precise tracking of activities, requests, and light remodeling work. Carry out small adjustments: furniture, minor technical tasks. Support projects or alterations of spaces. Ensure quality, safety, and cleanliness in intervention areas.Multi-site ManagementPrimary presence at a key site, with occasional interventions at other sites in the canton. Prioritize tasks, travel, and manage independently. Ensure continuity of technical service across all monitored sites. Internal Customer ServiceBe the daily technical contact for internal stakeholders. Provide a high level of service based on responsiveness and quality. Manage requests, prioritize interventions, propose solutions, control expenditures, and ensure compliance with energy regulations. Analyze energy consumption of different buildings to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions aimed at optimizing energy efficiency of the facilities to ensure more efficient solutions and sustainable performance of the sites.Profile Requirements:Experience in a technical area: HVAC, electricity, sanitary, maintenance or similar. Solid experience in Switzerland diagnosing, resolving, and anticipating issues. Ability to work autonomously in front-line interventions.
