ProSDIS Technical 80% - 100% CDM X Within our team, you play a key role in the smooth operation and evolution of the ProSDIS system. You gather and analyze the needs of the professions (Alarm Transmission Center 118, inspectors, firefighters) and ensure the link between suppliers and internal stakeholders, as well as monitor corrections, developments, and deployments of the ProSDIS system, ensuring integrated management of data and processes between SDIS and ECA. You analyze and resolve incidents and infrastructure issues, plan and participate in quality monitoring of the ProSDIS environment, while ensuring the stability, performance, and continuity of the profile. You hold a diploma from a higher education institution (ES) in management or a comparable qualification and have at least 4 years of professional experience in the support field or have mastered the tools Jira and Confluence and ideally have knowledge of the firefighter world. You demonstrate versatility, autonomy, and rigor, with excellent analytical and synthesis skills. Possessing very good communication skills, you communicate with ease and are service and solution-oriented. Knowledge of Agile methods is a plus.
