Specialized Case Manager Job Description As a specialized case manager within the scientific police unit, you will take daily identification measurements of suspects (photographs, reports, fingerprints, DNA collection). You will ensure the follow-up of identification files and participate in police operations that require taking identification measures, as well as work shifts to ensure the management of arrested individuals. Responsibilities - Take daily identification measurements of suspects (photographs, reports, fingerprints, DNA collection) on-site at the Blécherette Center - Ensure the follow-up of identification files (updating, deletion) - Participate in police operations that require taking identification measures and work shifts to manage arrested individuals - Function as the reference for the Cantonal Police regarding anything related to identiscan devices and response reading - For more information, please consult the specifications by clicking here or contact Deputy Chief Inspector Monnard, head of the identification measures and impressions division. - To submit a complete file (CV, cover letter, diplomas, work certificates, commercial employee certificate or equivalent title with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience) - Strong interest in the field of scientific police - Comfortable with close proximity and contact with individuals - Ability to take a step back and manage emotions well - Proficiency in tools and techniques (Excel, Filemaker, cameras, etc.) - Swiss citizen or holder of a C permit - Driver's license (B) required and must be able to report for duty within a maximum of 45 minutes.
