Specialized File Manager Job Description The General Directorate of Education (DGEP) is responsible for the transition between secondary education and higher education. It offers programs within 15 gymnasiums and 13 vocational schools and serves more than a significant number of students. To strengthen the Office of Gymnasial Education (OEG), we are looking for a Specialized File Manager. Responsibilities Lead, coordinate, and manage, in collaboration with a colleague: the registrations for gymnasiums for students from the Canton of Vaud; requests for special admissions to a Vaud gymnasium (special classes for artists and elite athletes, admission exams, non-canton residents, ...); registrations for specialized programs. Advise, inform, and provide information to the public (students, gymnasiums, employers, ...). Organize and ensure the operation of the Resources and Prevention Unit. Monitor activities and support the management of the Unit. Assist managers in terms of human resources and financial oversight.
