Social Worker at 80% to 90%The organization is actively involved in the reception, protection, and support of minors whose development is at risk. Our services are aimed at children and also at their parents. We implement our actions in accordance with values that we embody on a daily basis. Our activities are fully in line with the child protection policy issued by the Canton of Vaud. With a strong commitment, the organization manages several units, mobilizing more than 250 staff members. Within the framework of an exceptional humanitarian project, the Children's Home of Pompaples was opened as an emergency measure to welcome 61 Ukrainian orphans aged 4 to 12 and their caregivers.Social Worker at 80% to 90%In order to guarantee optimal support until the end of the humanitarian mission, we are looking for several social workers at 80% to 90%, for permanent contracts.Job Description- Ensure, in collaboration with colleagues, the daily support of the group of children aged 4 to 12, benefiting from child protection measures, in accordance with the defined project- Propose and organize activities conducive to the proper development of the children- Perform nursing care and daily tasksProfile- Hold one of the following diplomas, or a title deemed equivalent:- HES Social Worker or Early Childhood degree- CFC as an assistant- Have experience and continuing education in the field of childhood- Proven ability to manage, lead, and contain groups of children with behavioral disorders- Ability to work both alone with a group of children and to collaborate in a team- Driver's license essentialStart date: to be agreedDuration: until the end of the missionYour complete file (cover letter, CV, CFC, diplomas, etc.) must be sent no later than the deadline.
