We are looking for social workers (m/f) for several large institutions in the canton of Valais, trained in the field of social disabilities (ES or HES). MISSION DESCRIPTION For your missions as a social worker (ES or HES) trained in the field of disabilities (m/f), you are able to: - Support individuals with mental and physical disabilities (adults and children) in accommodation. - Participate in and implement individualized projects for each beneficiary. - Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and with families. - Assist with ASD (autism spectrum disorders) and manage behavioral issues. - Accept a workload varying between 50% and 100%. - Work on the predictability of challenging behaviors and prerequisite issues. Requirements for this position as a social worker (ES or HES) trained in the field of disabilities (m/f): - Degree X HES or a recognized equivalent qualification (SEFRI recognition required for foreign qualifications). - Experience supporting individuals with mental and physical disabilities in living situations with calming needs, and you have the ability to face challenging situations and/or complex issues relating to multiple disabilities. - Knowledge of the tools offered to you: A personalized welcome, expert advice from recruitment professionals, and quality individual follow-up.
