Your profile: Graduate, tertiary or secondary level; Professional experience with people with psychological disorders, living or having lived a difficult life; Sense of responsibility and flexibility; Personal mental and physical strength; Good command of French and German; Willingness to work on weekends. Your tasks: Accompany residents in their daily tasks and leisure activities; Contact with the legal representatives of the residents and official bodies; Support residents in their personal goals aimed at their future perspective; Strengthen residents' responsibility and independence within the framework of individual support work.
