Description du poste :

* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, ensuring efficient management of schedules, correspondence, and office operations.
* Coordinate and manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
* Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports in both French and English.
* Organize and facilitate internal and external events and meetings.
* Assist in project management and execution of strategic initiatives.

Description du profil :

* Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken).
* Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a corporate setting.
* Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptable to new technologies.
* Ability to work in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
* Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.
