For one of our clients based in Geneva, we are looking for a Salary and Social Insurance Specialist for a temporary position. Salary and Social Manager (M/F)Your missionIntegrated into the payroll department, you will take charge of the complete management of a client portfolio in a demanding and regulated environment.Your main responsibilitiesManage a client portfolio with specific conventional requirementsEstablish monthly payrolls and associated social rightsEnsure all HR and payroll processes, in compliance with current collective agreements and directivesSupport clients on a daily basis, identify their needs, and resolve HR and salary issuesEnsure thorough and complete follow-up of client filesYour profileCommercial employee certificate, professional qualification, or deemed equivalentMinimum of 5 years of experience in salary management, ideally in a fiduciary or service companyExcellent knowledge of collective agreements and Swiss social insuranceProficiency in the Nova software is an assetFluency in French, excellent writing skillsKnowledge of English and/or German is a plusFamiliarity with common tools (Word, Excel, etc.) and valid work permit Your personal competenciesDynamic, autonomous, and able to manage prioritiesStrong sense of customer service and impeccable professionalism jid987672daen jit0206aen jpiy26aen
