We are looking for a Production Engineer for one of our clients in the canton of Vaud (VD) to work on medical devices.Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain & Manufacturing, you are the technical point of contact on the shop floor for production equipment and processes. You play a key role in the performance, reliability, and compliance of production lines.Main responsibilities:Production & process: daily technical support for operators and technicians, troubleshooting (root cause analysis, CAPA), validation of equipment (IQ/OQ/PQ), drafting and maintaining SOPs and work instructions.Quality & compliance: management of non-conformities, steering Change Controls, active participation in internal and external audits, strict adherence to regulatory standards.Continuous improvement: deployment of Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, OEE), monitoring of production KPIs, contribution to investment and capacity expansion projects.EHS: application of safety standards, updating risk analyses, promotion of a safety culture on the shop floor.Profile sought:Master's degree in engineering, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in manufacturing within a regulated environment (pharma, biotech, medtech).Solid command of GMP/GxP, ISO 13485 standards, ideally IVD.Concrete experience in the validation of production equipment.Comfortable with ERP/MES tools.Bilingual French/English essential.Cross-border or Swiss work permit. jid7de24e5aen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
