HVAC Project Manager / HVAC Business Manager (M/F) About the position Alpia Recrutement SA is currently supporting one of its partners, a recognized company in the HVAC field in Switzerland, in recruiting an HVAC Project Manager / HVAC Business Manager to strengthen its teams in the Canton of Geneva. This position is aimed at a heating professional who wishes to manage complete technical projects, from study to implementation. Main responsibilities As an HVAC Project Manager / HVAC Business Manager, you will work on various projects in heating and building technologies: - Complete management of HVAC projects (studies, execution, site supervision) - Analysis of client needs and definition of technical solutions - Design and sizing of systems - Coordination with companies, suppliers, and subcontractors - Technical, financial, and scheduling oversight of projects - Participation in site meetings and technical discussions - Monitoring execution quality until client acceptance and support throughout the project Profile - Technical background in HVAC / building technology (CFC, diploma, federal diploma, HES, or equivalent) - Confirmed experience as an HVAC project manager, HVAC business manager, or experienced HVAC technician - Good knowledge of heating systems and comfort with project management and site management - Mastery of common industry tools (AutoCAD, Revit, HVAC software – an advantage) - Autonomy, rigor, and good common sense What our partner offers - Interesting and varied technical projects in French-speaking Switzerland - Stable and structured work environment - Real autonomy and responsibilities on projects - Salary conditions according to experience - Medium to long-term career development prospects Are you not exactly what we are looking for?
