Engineer, CVC Project Manager WHAT YOU WILL DO: Preliminary project study, proposing different variants and specifications with a view to launching calls for tenders; Ensure the study, design, sizing, and monitoring of projects in the HVAC Heating field; Identify the necessary resources (technical, human, and financial) to carry out the projects and coordinate project teams; Ensure effective management and follow-up of projects in collaboration with internal and external specialists, including projects that may extend beyond the HVAC field depending on the company’s priorities; Guarantee objectives as well as adherence to deadlines and budgets; Prepare reports, lead follow-up meetings, and present your findings to different parties. WHAT YOU BRING: HES/ES engineer in Building Techniques (HVAC), or equivalent; Experience in controlled environments; Proven experience in managing complex projects, with project teams - Experience in project management is an asset; Strong knowledge of Swiss standards, regulations, and technical directives; Knowledge of HVAC techniques in the industrial environment necessary, understanding of other building techniques (CVSE, MCR, building physics, and fire protection AEAI) would be an advantage; French speaker with good oral knowledge of German and/or English; Ability to organize and plan, rigorous, methodical, and conceptual thinking, strong team spirit, ability to communicate effectively.
