For over 38 years, Phida Siffert has been a recognized player in waterproofing in French-speaking Switzerland. With approximately 90 employees, the company carries out waterproofing work on all types of roofs, mainly for new projects for general contractors, architectural firms, and public tenders. As part of its growth and to sustainably structure its commercial function, Phida Siffert is now creating a new department, a role historically handled by management. This future department will eventually have 2 to 3 employees, and you will be the first recruit. You will join the company with a dual perspective:- In the short term, gradually take over the management of offer pricing in tandem with management, which will ensure a complete transfer of know-how, the price database, and the partner network.- In the medium term, actively participate in the structuring of the department: methods, tools, internal price database, performance indicators, and cross-functional processes. Evolution towards the responsibility of the department is possible depending on your progress and your results.
