Your tasks

• Prepare quotes for heating and sanitary installations
• Analyse tender documents, specifications and technical plans
• Carry out measurements, quantities and cost calculations
• Request and analyse offers from suppliers and subcontractors
• Prepare bids and ensure deadlines are met
• Develop counter-proposals and technical variants
• Assess the technical and financial feasibility of projects
• Establish profitability forecasts for submitted offers
• Identify risks and opportunities related to projects
• Participate in the continuous improvement of calculation tools
• Transfer files to project managers and technical offices at the start of mandates
• Analyse discrepancies between estimated and actual costs in collaboration with project managers
• Participate, as needed, in the estimating activities of other BKW Group entities in a skills-sharing logic

Your profile

• Training in building technology (heating and/or sanitary), ideally complemented by a Higher Technician diploma
• Proven experience in the calculation and/or execution of HVAC/Sanitary projects
• Good command of tenders, plan reading, specifications and professional IT tools (CAD)
• Knowledge of SIA and HVAC standards is an asset
• Fluency in French and good knowledge of German (professional level)
• Rigorous, autonomous and organised person, with excellent analytical skills and solution-oriented
• Ability to manage priorities in a demanding environment, with a strong team spirit and a pronounced sense of service
