The Maison de Terre des hommes Valais in Massongex is a medicalized children's home that permanently accommodates around forty children, mostly African, during their pre- and post-ES/HES stays. Organizing and managing the daily life of the children in the institution, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability, having excellent interpersonal skills and a proven sense of teamwork within multidisciplinary teams, showing autonomy and being able to work sometimes alone, possessing good analytical and synthesis skills in relation to the various challenges encountered daily. Working irregular shifts of 8 hours per day, between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM, and averaging 2 weekends per month, we offer to a person who fully identifies with the goals of our very enriching and motivating activity, a job that prioritizes the development of each individual, a pleasant working environment, 40 hours/week – 5 weeks of vacation/6 after 45 months of work: A driving license is required.
