Sgipa is a reference partner, proactive and attentive to people requiring
individualised support in their training, employment and life projects.

The Workshops sector of the Sgipa Foundation offers jobs to adults with intellectual disabilities, to promote their autonomy and professional fulfilment.
For this sector, we are looking for a



Psychologist at 25-40%



In our workshops, integrated into the local economic fabric, the socio-professional teams support people in learning and practising various trades. The variety of work environments aims to meet the needs and development potential of each individual.
The sector also offers work places to people experiencing loss of capacity or ageing, as well as a space for those temporarily needing enhanced support.
Our day centre welcomes people whose personal project lies outside an adapted production site.


Your mission _____________________________________________________


You provide psychological support to the people accompanied to promote their well-being, fulfilment, and contribute to their cognitive, emotional and social development through various actions aimed at:

  • Ensuring individual psychological support by offering a confidential space for expression, assessing needs and adapting support methods to each person;
  • Leading group psychological follow-ups by providing a space for expression and sharing in a safe environment, to foster cohesion and collective dynamics;
  • Collaborating with internal teams by providing clinical support, participating in situation analyses and contributing to reflections on support strategies;
  • Coordinating and participating in exchanges with external partners, notably the medical network, to ensure coherent and adapted follow-up of the people accompanied;
  • Contributing to the development of orientation projects for the people accompanied.


Your profile ______________________________________________________

  • Holder of a Master’s degree in psychology;
  • Professional experience in a field related to intellectual disability and associated pathologies;
  • Good knowledge of the Geneva socio-educational network;
  • Interpersonal ease, skills for working in a multidisciplinary team;
  • Communication skills and ability to express oneself concisely;
  • Excellent writing skills and mastery of common IT tools;
  • Agility in planning, organising and managing priorities, while demonstrating flexibility.

Activity rate: 25-40%
Start date: August 2026 to January 2027
Contract type: Fixed-term contract
