As part of our development, we are looking for a rigorous, results-oriented and "people" focused HR Generalist to strengthen our team.
This position holds a central role within the HR function, combining operational excellence, exposure to payroll and quality of the employee experience.
HR Generalist
Your responsibilities:
- Ensure flawless execution of HR operations, respecting quality and compliance standards
- Manage the employee lifecycle with particular attention to the employee experience
- Participate in and contribute to payroll processes, ensuring data quality and reliability
- Guarantee the reliability and integrity of HR data
- Be a trusted, responsive and solution-oriented contact for employees and managers
- Contribute to the structuring and continuous improvement of HR processes
Your profile:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in operational HR / payroll / HR administration
- Good exposure to payroll processes in Switzerland
- Excellent knowledge of Swiss labour law
- Rigour, attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
- Strong service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with discretion and autonomy
- Knowledge of SwissSalary: a significant advantage
- Fluent in French and English (German is a plus)
- Federal Diploma as HR Specialist or equivalent qualification
