## Job Description ##

* Manage the **full employee lifecycle** for the Nyon office (onboarding to offboarding)
* Oversee **Swiss payroll** preparation and coordination with external payroll providers
* Act as the main HR point of contact for employees and managers in Nyon
* Ensure compliance with Swiss labor law and internal HR policies
* Support the **coordination of payroll activities for other countries** in collaboration with local providers and internal stakeholders
* Maintain accurate HR data, contracts, and employee documentation
* Contribute to HR projects, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Liaise with Finance, Legal, and external partners as required





## The Successful Applicant ##

* Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
* Minimum **3-5 years' experience** in a similar HR Generalist role
* Solid knowledge of **Swiss payroll and labor law**
* Experience working in an **international / multi-country environment**
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
* Fluent in **English**; French is a strong asset
* Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset
