They intervene throughout the canton of Geneva to carry out replacements, of approximately ten to twelve months, in our branches. This pool's mission is to guarantee optimal continuity and quality of care for our clients.Missions and Responsibilities- Provide basic care and medical-technical procedures delegated by the referring nurse in a global approach to the client- Promote the increase, recovery, or maintenance of the client's autonomy to allow them to re-establish, continue, or adapt their lifestyle at home- Carry out assistance tasks while respecting the client's lifestyle habits and environment- Work in an interdisciplinary manner, respecting the institutional mission and objectives- Evaluate and re-evaluate assistance needs and assume the role of referentProfile- Desire to diversify experiences across different Geneva sectors, different teams, and clienteles- Enjoying challenges and change- Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) as an ASSC and authorization to practice in the canton of Geneva- Sense of organization and ease with others, listening skills- Ability to evaluate situations and act responsibly- Resistance to stress and physical work- Aptitude for working autonomously and in interprofessionality within a multidisciplinary team- Mobility essential (on foot / by bike / by public transport / by car).What We OfferAt IMAD, we believe that you are our greatest asset.
