Description
Commitment, kindness, trust and humour.
Through these values, we do not just provide care.
We weave bonds, glances, memories every day.
You will find with us a human-scale nursing home, nestled in the greenery of Apples, where every resident matters and every colleague too.
Here, we work with heart, hands, and sometimes a little joke to brighten the days even more.
Today, we are looking for a
Health Care Assistant at 80%
to expand our team.
The position involves a mix of split and continuous shifts. For this reason, priority will be given to candidates residing in the region (within a 30-minute drive maximum).
Could it be you?
Because you want to:
- Give meaning to your days,
- Support residents with kindness in their daily activities,
- Work in a close-knit team where every member shines,
- Share your skills while continuing to learn.
Your background so far:
- You hold the CRS Health Care Assistant certificate (120 hours) or equivalent,
- You have initial experience in the geriatric field,
- You are a caring, attentive, discreet, rigorous and respectful person,
- You enjoy working in a team spirit and know how to keep smiling even in more demanding moments.
What we offer:
- A caring, present, human team (and sometimes a little indulgent),
- A magnificent working environment, with cows, hens and sheep as optional background sounds,
- Balanced meals at a good price (we actively campaign for weekly chips),
- A 15% discount at our partner pharmacy as well as employee benefits through our umbrella organisation, to take care of you,
- Continuous training, because learning is also feeling alive,
- Free parking, and the freedom to come as you wish (scooters are accepted, unicorns too, if approved),
- Management that knows your first name, is attentive and accessible.
Interested?
Join our fantastic team by sending us your complete application (CV, cover letter, work certificates) and everything that makes you unique.
Let us commit to building together a future where every gesture counts and where the quality of life of residents is our priority.
