WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Project management

• Capture the needs of departments, define the most suitable solutions, plan and manage the deployment of infrastructure and business application projects, ensuring smooth coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Design and maintain a complete and coherent technical architecture covering servers, network, storage, virtualisation, hybrid cloud and IT security
• Produce and validate all technical documentation, including architectures, specifications, as well as migration and test plans
• Work closely with application and business teams to ensure technical prerequisites, standardise deployments and automate updates
• Install, configure and support the integration of applications (databases, application servers, network connectivity, access, authentication, certificates, supervision and monitoring)
• Ensure the quality, security and coherence of architectures and solutions deployed in the IT environment

Operations support

• Provide expert support on complex incidents (systems, network, cloud, applications), assist support & local teams and participate in operational activities (patching, migrations, failover tests)
• Keep technical documentation, architectures and procedures up to date to ensure quality and operational continuity

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Degree in computer engineering (or equivalent) with over 10 years of experience in infrastructure management in industrial environments
• Strong experience (+5 years) in end-to-end management of infrastructure and application projects, from design to deployment
• Advanced mastery of Azure, M365, Active Directory, virtualisation, Veeam and Microsoft Defender environments, as well as good network skills (switching, VLAN, WiFi, VPN, firewalling)
• Proven skills in automation via PowerShell, scripts, Intune and simple pipelines, with good knowledge of Fortinet technologies
• Excellent analytical skills, autonomy, priority and stress management, methodological rigour and results orientation
• Strong ability to work in project mode, to simplify technical issues, to collaborate with business teams and to support digital transformation
