IT System Engineer - Microsoft 365 & Active Directory
About the role
As a link between the infrastructure team and level 1 support, you will manage and develop the Microsoft 365 digital environment including Active Directory and Endpoint management. You will handle complex issues within a collaborative team of six experts and work closely with the Microsoft 365 specialist.

Tasks
- Administer the Microsoft 365 environment and on-premises Active Directory
- Manage and optimise End Points for all employees
- Provide level 2 and 3 technical support for resolving complex faults
- Install, configure and maintain operating systems and management tools
- Automate systems to increase operational efficiency
- Ensure security, backups and data redundancy
We are looking for
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration
- Knowledge of Active Directory
- Experience in End Point management
- Ability to investigate logs and perform complex troubleshooting
- Professional level English (B2)
- Current residence in Switzerland
An advantage if you have
- Scripting and automation skills
- Experience in a highly regulated environment
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) approaches
