The Raiffeisen Bank of Lavaux, a rapidly growing and well-established bank in the region, is looking immediately or for a date to be agreed for a:

Credit Officer (m/f)
Occupancy rate: 60%-80%

As a Credit Officer, you are a key player in managing credit risk and the quality of financing decisions.
You act as an independent function, working closely with the Front Office to ensure rigorous analyses that comply with regulatory requirements.

What awaits you?

Your main tasks:

  • Evaluate, analyse and decide on credit applications within your competencies
  • Identify credit risks and propose appropriate solutions
  • Provide solutions for handling complex cases
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards, financing guidelines and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor and control credit operations (conditions, positions, quality of files)
  • Contribute to the quality and consistency of credit-related data (IRB)
  • Participate in the dissemination of best practices and provide technical support to Front and Back teams

What do you bring?

Your profile:

  • Complete banking training
  • Proven experience in the credit field, in a Swiss bank
  • Good command of financing file analysis and credit risk
  • Knowledge of mortgage financing; experience in corporate credit is an asset
  • Analytical mind, rigour and critical sense
  • Ability to make autonomous and well-argued decisions
  • Ease in collaborating with various stakeholders (Front / Back)
  • Sense of responsibility and excellent organisation
  • Resident in Switzerland
