To the CFO, you will take charge of all the accountants in the company. You guarantee the reliability of the accounts, regulatory compliance, and financial quality. You supervise and support an accounting team of two people and play a key role in processes within an industrial environment. Responsibilities include: - Leading all accounting processes across two sites (Yverdon and Neuchâtel) with industrial flows specific to the trades; - Supervising all accountants (general and auxiliary: customers, suppliers, treasury, etc.); - Preparing, ensuring reliability, and optimizing timelines for monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes; - Producing financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, annexes) and the appropriate reporting to management; - Supervising and actively participating in all tax compliance processes (VAT, corporate tax, etc.) and ensuring legal compliance in a diligent manner with respect to the competent authorities and in close coordination with various internal and external partners; - Securing and optimizing accounting processes in a lean office approach. Implementing KPIs and standardizing current procedures; - Ensuring the smooth conduct of internal control campaigns in a pedagogical approach; - Participating in collaborations with external partners: auditors, banks, etc.; - Contributing to ongoing projects of the X system within the framework of a transition to SAP and in a post-merger context; - Digitalizing the entire accounting value chain; - Proficiency in SAP and MS Office suite (Power BI is a plus); - Experience in Swiss GAAP and IFRS standards and experience with industrial flows and progress billing; - Your supervisor in accounting; - English C1; - Minimum of 10 years of successful experience in accounting in an industrial setting, with 5 years in a similar position; - Analytical mindset, rigor, attention to detail; - Excellent ability to work independently and reliability; - Proactivity and sense of responsibility; - Stress resistance and agility; - Discretion, capacity to interact with stakeholders at all hierarchical levels; - Our values: Succeed together, Foster a trusted environment, Engage in a shared vision, Dare to innovate. jid9d4a7c1aen jit0208aen jpiy26aen
