For one of our clients active in the construction sector and based in Geneva, we are looking for a: Accounting and HR Manager Permanent position, 100% workload Accounting and HR Manager MISSION DESCRIPTION - Management of general accounting, year-end closings, and financial statements (CO) - Management of cash flow, budgets, VAT, and complete HR: salaries, Swiss labor law insurance, and construction sector collective agreements - Monitoring of absences, accidents, illnesses, and legal matters - Financial and HR reporting related to accounting and HR processes PROFILE - Background in accounting, finance, or HR (Certificate, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent) - Confirmed experience in Switzerland in a similar role and sector - Good knowledge of the construction sector and its agreements - Mastery of Swiss accounting, social insurance, and Excel - Autonomous, structured, reliable, with a strong sense of confidentiality jid7d5ad61aen jit0208aen jpiy26aen
