Workstations (f/m/d) On behalf of our banking client in Geneva, we are looking for a Windows Workstation (f/m/d) responsible for ensuring workstation support, level 3 support, and continuous service delivery. Deploy and maintain the roaming preferences via Omnissa Dynamic Environment Deploy and maintain the Office suite while ensuring the coexistence of On-Premises and Cloud. Ensure, with the packaging team, governance and associated packaging. Handle level 3 escalated incidents, ensure follow-up until resolution, and closure. Contribute to the evolution of the workstation architecture and drive continuous actions (process, service quality). Your profile Confirmed experience in a similar role (workstation support level 3 / workplace engineering). Expertise in Windows troubleshooting and good mastery of advanced diagnostic tools (Wireshark, Procmon, Fiddler, deployment and management tools (SCCM, AppVolumes, Workspace ONE, Intune). Good understanding of virtualized environments, especially VMware VDI, and networking fundamentals (routing, DNS, firewalling). PowerShell scripting and versioning tools (Git); rigor in tracking (tickets, change management). Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate; fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
