Context: On behalf of a leading major bank based in Geneva (Acacias/Lancy area), we are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to strengthen the Desktop Engineering team. You will work in a critical environment consisting of approximately physical and virtual (VDI) workstations. Your missions: As a level 3, you will act as a technical lead with significant autonomy: Design and build of Windows and management of updates and environments (VMware, Citrix XenApp). Advanced management of Active Directory and Group Policies (GPO). Implementation of post-workstations and task management and writing/updating technical procedures. Level 3 technical support and incident resolution required: Experience: Over 10 years of proven production experience in technical environments. Expert technical skills (5+ years): Windows (Workstation & Servers), Active Directory/GPO, Advanced support skills (3-5 years): SCCM, network/system. Applied technical skills (2-3 years): Intune, Citrix, Knowledge of McAfee/Trellix. Skills: Rigor, autonomy, proactivity, and excellent ability to work in a team. Languages: French and English.
