Your curiosity and solution-oriented mindset will contribute to making know-how, quality, and performance rhyme.Responsibilities- You will be the technical referent within the assembly sector, on the various trades present, which you master thanks to your academic background and confirmed professional experience.- You will coordinate the provision and maintenance of watchmaking tooling in the 2 assembly workshops.- You will be required to participate in production activities (casing and uncasing).- You will provide support to the Sector Manager by accompanying the team in daily operations through a positive attitude that promotes a good working climate.- You will be a driving force for proposals to be part of the continuous improvement dynamic, both from a technical and organizational point of view.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR- You have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in assembly trades and hold a diploma.- You are recognized for your ease of communication, your listening skills, and your ability to unite, which allows you to support a team of approximately 25 people in support of the manager.Key Skills- Dynamic, proactive, and solution-oriented, your good management of priorities allows you to resist stress.- You are recognized as an open-minded, autonomous, versatile person capable of questioning yourself.- Comfortable with IT tools, you easily use the company's digital tools (Office Suite, Teams, etc.).- You are fluent in French, both orally and in writing.YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH USOur HR team is at your disposal, according to your wishes and needs, throughout your experience within our company.
