Our agency, through a watchmaking manufacturer based in Geneva, is looking for watchmaking dressing visitors (M/F) to strengthen its existing teams. Watchmaking dressing visitor Profile or degree in the field of Quality. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the watchmaking, medical, or pharmaceutical sectors. Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively, mastering conventional and optical measuring instruments, and familiarity with quality management software. Autonomy, team spirit, dexterity, rigor, and a sense of responsibility. Main tasks: Ensure the aesthetic conformity of dressing components according to defined finishing plans. Record control data in specialized software (QuickControl or equivalents) and write detailed reports. Address non-conformities by identifying and isolating affected parts while updating control data in the ERP. Ensure the packaging of components as well as their traceability.
