Job description:
Supervise watch testing activities and ensure their smooth operation
Support, assist and train operators in their tasks
Ensure compliance with procedures, quality standards and deadlines.
Manage tools and consumables necessary for the activity.
Participate in employee evaluations and contribute to their development by taking part in interviews and discussions.
Be a local point of contact, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Have a vehicle and be mobile for different sites in the region
Job requirements:
Watchmaker Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC)
Several years of experience within a watchmaking manufacture.
Experience or strong interest in team management and support.
Patience, teaching skills and a passion for knowledge transfer.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Open-mindedness, autonomy and sense of responsibility.
Organisation, rigour and ability to take initiative.
