All applications are welcome, without distinction of origin, gender, disability, or age.Watchmaking Quality ControllerJob description:On behalf of a watchmaking manufacture recognized for its expertise and the excellence of its products, we are looking for a Quality Controller to strengthen the teams on assignment.Within the quality department, you are responsible for the compliance of watch components and casing, in compliance with the quality standards of the company.Responsibilities:- Prepare and organize your workstation as well as the necessary tools- Guarantee the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the workstation- Respect quality standards, work instructions, and internal procedures- Prepare the jigs and appropriate measuring means: calipers, gauges, micrometers, durometers, etc.- Check the quality of watch components- Verify serial numbers, references, and quantities- Apply sampling plans (AQL or 100% inspection)- Identify and apply control standards: plans, control ranges, instructions, reference photos- Check the aesthetics of the parts: scratches, dents, surface treatment marks- Perform dimensional checks according to plans: thickness, length, depth, other technical dimensions- Perform specific checks: hardness, power reserve, amplitude- Pack and protect parts according to defined standards- Evaluate the compliance of measurements according to current quality criteriaMonitoring and traceability:- Ensure the monitoring of checked parts: putting into stock, scrap, rework, parts in quarantine- Record measured values in internal softwareJob requirements:Your profile:- Confirmed experience in watchmaking quality control- Good command of conventional measuring tools- Reading technical plans is essential- Attention to detail, rigor, and precision- Ease with computer tools- Team spirit and autonomy jid97c22ddaen jit0623aen jpiy26aen
