Watch Pre-Assembly Operator (m/f)
Your mission
Within the production workshops, you participate in the manufacture of watch components according to the highest quality standards.
Your main responsibilities:
- Carry out pre-assembly and assembly operations of watch components.
- Perform screwing, riveting, and staking operations using precision tools.
- Check the aesthetic and functional conformity of the produced parts.
- Comply with manufacturing procedures and current quality standards.
- Ensure traceability of the operations performed.
- Contribute to meeting production and continuous improvement objectives.
Your profile
Ideally, you have:
- Some initial experience in watchmaking, microtechnology, or precision industry.
- Or experience in a profession requiring excellent manual dexterity and great meticulousness.
