Desired profile

• Training as a polisher or watch case finisher or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position
• Good dexterity and autonomy
• Dynamic, organised, versatile person with a good team spirit

• Surface preparation on 3 and 5 axis CNC machines Recomatic and/or Bula
• Perform complete finishing on 5 axis CNC machines Recomatic / Bula / Cyberpolish: polishing, brightening and felt preparation
• Perform complete finishing on conventional machines: polishing, brightening and felt preparation
• Carry out dimensional and aesthetic checks of components
• Define polishing sequences
• Participate in the design of tooling and specific fixtures
• Contribute to continuous improvement by proposing manufacturing methods and tooling realisation
• Perform production stamping and monitor daily production indicators
