Company Introduction

Founded in 1892 in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Hamilton creates watches offering a unique balance between authenticity and innovation. Hamilton watches helped synchronise the earliest railways and accompanied aviation pioneers as well as American soldiers. Great favourites of filmmakers for decades, Hamilton watches have appeared in over 500 films, with customised models playing key roles in several Hollywood blockbusters. Thanks to its unwavering commitment to craftsmanship and precision, Hamilton launched the world’s first electric watch in 1957 and the first LED digital watch in 1970. A member of the Swatch Group, the world leader in watch manufacturing and distribution, Hamilton combines American spirit with Swiss precision in its current collections.

Authenticity and innovation are two values that Hamilton cultivates, both through its watches and its employees. The quest for excellence and the spirit of adventure characterise every project we undertake.

Composed of individuals from around the world, our team values those who propose bold ideas and bring them to life. For us, the sky is not the limit, but the beginning.

Designed for adventurers, pioneers, creators and everyday heroes, our watches do more than tell the time: they tell a story. Join our team and start writing your own story with Hamilton!
