Swiss Federal Certificate (CFC) as Maker or degree in mechanical engineering / microtechnology / watchmaking
2 to 5 years of experience in watch case making or similar role
Excellent knowledge of materials: steel, titanium, gold, platinum...
Very good CAD skills (SolidWorks = major asset)
Mastery of machining processes & watch assembly techniques
Knowledge of ISO-GPS = a plus
Creative, conceptual, proactive
Good communication skills & team player
Fluent French (spoken & written)
Occasional mobility to other group sites Design and develop case components: straps, clasps, buckles, cases
Create the fixtures necessary for machining, inspection, polishing and assembly
Be the technical contact for the client and ensure perfect understanding of requirements
Manage the approval of new products
Create technical drawings & 3D models (CAD - SolidWorks a plus)
Ensure drawing and functional dimensioning according to watchmaking standards
Collaborate with industrialisation, production & quality to optimise feasibility and costs
Participate in design reviews and propose innovative solutions
Follow prototypes and validate parts before launch
Create presentation folders intended for clients
