Fixed-term contract - Operations Agent and 3-shift rotation - Wastewater treatmentThe Wastewater Unit ensures the operation and development of pumping stations and facilities in the canton. It guarantees the performance of water, sludge, and air treatment processes through the mastery of electromechanical, biological, and chemical processes, while ensuring compliance with regulatory, environmental, and safety requirements.As an Operations Agent, you contribute to the proper functioning of the Aïre plant by joining a team working in continuous shifts (3x8). In this capacity, you ensure the optimal operation of facilities in compliance with technical, environmental, and safety requirements.Your energy at the service of a sustainable GenevaIn this context, you will be required to:- Ensure the monitoring and operation of treatment facilities for water and sludge processes at the Aïre wastewater treatment plant;- Collaborate closely with the foreman, the team, engineers, and the unit manager to ensure the proper technical and human operation of facilities and contribute to the resolution of complex problems;- Participate actively, as a team member, in the development of facilities within your scope;- Apply and enforce occupational health and safety rules;- Invest in continuous training on new technologies and new processes.Your personality and your skillsYou demonstrate an excellent sense of service and adopt a positive and enterprising mindset. You enjoy field work in a team within a demanding technical environment and have a good sense of analysis to identify problems and propose adapted solutions.
