We work in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, watchmaking, and precision mechanics sectors.As a consultant, you will be required to support our clients in the execution of their projects on-site by providing your expertise and skills. You are agile and eager to adapt to different work environments that will fuel your curiosity to see what lies behind the closed doors of the largest projects in our clients' portfolios.As part of one of our projects, we are launching a cross-functional initiative aimed at standardizing, optimizing, and securing the industrial washing processes used within the various sites. The objective is to build a scientific and robust approach to industrial cleanliness applied to high-precision watchmaking environments.Expert in Washing Processes & Surface TreatmentThis position does not correspond to a classic function. We are looking for an expert capable of combining:- Industrial chemistry- Materials science- Process engineering- Cross-functional leadershipThe recruited person will play the role of technical reference and will interact closely with Manufactures, suppliers, R&D, quality, and production teams in order to define standards.Main missions:Define and standardize cleaning processes- Evaluate existing washing and surface treatment processes in the various sites.- Define measurable and robust cleanliness criteria.- Formalize specifications and group standards.Build methodologies for process validation and control- Develop robust and scientifically controlled processes.- Conduct short- and long-term capability studies.- Define process windows and monitoring methodologies.- Implement process control and mastery tools over time.- Guarantee the stability, repeatability, and robustness of industrial processes.Provide strong expertise on cleaning chemistries and technologies- Challenge suppliers on the chemical and technological solutions proposed.- Understand the advantages and limitations of different chemistries and technologies.- Participate in technological choices and investments.- Identify and deploy best practices at the group level.Lead high-value cross-functional projects- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, R&D, and production teams.- Support and accompany teams in change management.- Define and lock down industrial procedures.- Ensure clear communication with technical and managerial stakeholders.Profile sought- Degree in Physical Chemistry, Materials Science, or Process Engineering.- Experience in industrial chemical processes and/or cleaning processes.- Experience in a high-precision environment (watchmaking, medtech, microtechnology, semiconductors, advanced surface treatments).- Good command of process validation and long-term robustness.- Ability to technically challenge suppliers and technical choices.Highly appreciated- Experience in electroplating or electrochemical processes.- Knowledge of cleanroom environments.- Experience in regulated or highly standardized environments.- Experience with a chemistry or cleaning equipment supplier.- Experience with multi-site or group projects. jid576d0e4aen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
