Our challenge? Transform sometimes complex information into simple, engaging, and easy-to-understand visual content on the ground. If you like telling stories in images, designing visuals that capture attention, and making communication more effective, this internship is for you.Responsibilities:- Create visual and impactful materials for production teams.- Translate messages into simple, clear, and easy-to-understand content.- Design posters, infographics, and other communication materials.- Develop visual templates and standards ensuring a consistent graphic identity across the entire site.- Rethink Mission & Vision content into dynamic visuals with minimal text.- Highlight successes, field feedback, and best practices of the teams.- Simplify communication around projects, objectives, and gains obtained.- Participate in communication campaigns aimed at strengthening corporate culture and employee engagement.- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the experience through more impactful communication.How to convince us:- You are a student in marketing, graphic design, or an equivalent field (University of Applied Sciences, university, or specialized school).- You possess excellent visual sensitivity, demonstrate creativity, and are capable of transforming complex messages into simple, clear, and accessible materials.- You master visual communication tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, and/or Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).- You have a good understanding of the principles of visual communication, layout, branding, and visual identity.- You are capable of adapting your communication to different audiences, particularly to an industrial environment and a diverse audience.- You are recognized for your attention to detail, your rigor, and your ability to ensure the consistency of communication materials.- You are fluent in French or German, with a good command of the other language.With us, your ideas will not remain in a folder: they will be seen every day by hundreds of employees. jidf0ad2b1aen jit0833aen jpiy26aen
