Profile sought

You are primarily an experienced professional who masters the various trades of interior renovation. We want to bring in someone who is not just looking for a job, but a genuine career project. Someone who enjoys challenges, naturally takes on responsibilities, wishes to participate in the development of an ambitious company and shares values of quality, commitment and trust.

Your mission

Initially, you will join our teams as a qualified worker and actively participate in the completion of our sites. Subsequently, while maintaining an operational role on site, you will progress towards a team leader role, ensuring team supervision, coordination of work and smooth running of the sites.

Your main tasks will be:

• • Preparation of substrates, coatings and finishes.
• • Installation of thermal and acoustic insulation.
• • Carrying out small masonry works.
• • Façade work and various repairs.
• • Participation in the organisation and smooth running of the sites.
• • Ensuring the quality of work, respect of deadlines and client satisfaction.
