You enjoy working in a team and can calmly manage priorities. Your profile: CFC (Federal Certificate of Competence) in commercial employee or equivalent qualification. At least 2 years of professional experience in an environment (SMEs). Good proficiency with standard tools (MS Office 365). Comfortable with numbers and management tools (experience with software such as Winbiz or Crésus is an asset). Excellent command of French (oral and written). Good command of English orally; any other language is a plus. Your mission: If you possess the required qualities and skills, this position is for you! You will be a key player in: • Ensuring the smooth operation of the pawn shop by managing files, following up and supporting the teams. • Managing certain financial aspects as needed, such as cash management and maintaining certain accounts. • Interacting with a diverse clientele by providing courteous, precise service based on your skills and abilities. • Assessing the value of pawned goods to grant secured loans while respecting internal rules. • Participating, as needed, in the organization and hosting of auctions, working with the team.
