You will join the department of our group and carry out your tasks in a stimulating work environment with professionalism.We offer a stable, enriching position with very good mission conditions:- Welcome, advise, and support clients in leisure vehicle rentals (motorhomes, caravans).- Manage the fleet, including cleaning, setup, control, and monitoring.- Establish and manage quotes, invoices, and documents related to vehicle rentals, including vehicle checks before each departure.- Conduct vehicle checks with clients upon their return, including documenting any damages.- Participate in the handover of vehicles.Profile:- You have confirmed experience in a similar position or in the tourism, hospitality, or leisure activities fields.- You possess good knowledge of leisure vehicles (motorhomes, vans, caravans) or show a real interest in this area.- You are comfortable managing schedules, logistics, and all aspects related to the handover and return of vehicles.- You are proficient in management tools and software dedicated to the activity.- You have excellent oral and written communication skills in French. Knowledge of German or English is a plus, especially for interacting with clients.- You are available to work Saturdays and can manage high workloads while prioritizing tasks.- You are client-oriented and concerned about their experience, ensuring impeccable service.- You are capable of training and supporting a team to guarantee service quality.- You can anticipate and solve problems while ensuring continuity of activity even in unforeseen circumstances.- You are proactive in establishing procedures and tools aimed at optimizing efficiency and profitability.- You have a commercial mindset and know how to offer additional services or options tailored to clients' needs.- You can maintain relationships with external partners (insurance, suppliers) and maintain a network.- You are able to produce accurate reports on activity, performance metrics, and profitability based on data.Immediate start or as agreed. jidf75be25aen jit0206aen jpiy26aen
