Join a welcoming, human, and enthusiastic team today!For our Fribourg agency, we are looking for a: Property Manager - part-time/full-time (80% - 100%)Your missions:- Ensure the management and financial administration of properties in compliance with the owners’ instructions, company policy, and directives. To achieve this, the incumbent will need to: - Establish leases and amendments and respond to management requests regarding property management,- Ensure appropriate management of rent adjustments and reductions,- Coordinate the management of outstanding payments,- Validate the estimation of costs related to current management,- Process the management of maintenance work orders, in support of the technical manager,- Handle phone calls and ensure high-quality customer service for our clients (property owners, tenants, and suppliers),- Write various correspondence for the management service.You are required to have:- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position within a property management company,- A qualification in real estate (such as Immobase / Immobail),- Very good organizational and communication skills, demonstrating a proactive attitude, a dynamic personality, good stress resistance, and strong team spirit,- A very good sense of customer contact and service mentality,- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written, with strong writing skills,- Good knowledge of German and/or English (B2 level) would be a significant asset,- Proficiency in standard tools (Word, Excel) and the Quorum software.We offer:- A modern and pleasant working environment,- A friendly and dynamic agency within a well-renowned group,- A stable position,- Work hours: ideally 80%. 90% or 100% to be discussed,- Start date: June / to be agreed.Interested in joining us?
