SEIC is an electricity distributor in six municipalities in the region and is also active in the fields of energy efficiency, electrical installations, home automation and security solutions, and multimedia through its services. To join their network team, Spotted is seeking a Network Infrastructure Manager (m/f/d) 100%. Your mission will be to ensure the sustainability of electrical infrastructures (high voltage, medium voltage, low voltage) and to lead technical and service activities. Reporting directly to the head of the Network service, you will play a key role in supervising the team, managing projects, networks, and monitoring assets, while ensuring compliance with safety standards. In this role, you will have the following responsibilities: Team Management: Supervise, motivate, and develop team leaders in the networks. Define high, medium, and low voltage concepts and oversee their implementation. Project Management: Lead projects related to electrical networks from start to finish, ensuring budgetary and technical follow-up. Asset Management: Establish a master plan, ensure data quality, and maintain standardized processes. Connections: Oversee the opening of files, plan interventions, and ensure follow-up on connections. Warehouse and Stock Management: Manage procurement and ensure stock value is maintained. Health and Safety at Work: Ensure compliance with safety rules for yourself and your team (PERCO function). Your profile: Federal diploma as a network electrician required, federal master or HES engineer with proven experience in medium/low voltage electricity. Several years of experience in the management of projects and construction sites in the field of electrical networks in Switzerland. Proven skills in project management and process optimization. Knowledge of industry-specific software and proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel). Leadership skills, proactivity, team spirit. Ability to manage stress and parallel projects. Methodical, solution-oriented, very good knowledge of French (oral and written). Driving license required. On-call service; must reside within 30 minutes of the workplace.
