URGENT - Junior Client Register Officer - Private Bank - 4-month mission at 100%Job descriptionOn behalf of our client, a leading private bank based in Geneva, we are urgently looking for a Junior Client Register Officer for a 4-month mission at 100%, with an ideal start date at the beginning of the month. This opportunity is aimed at a junior profile wishing to develop their experience within a demanding and dynamic banking environment. You will join a team in charge of managing and controlling client data, with a key role in payment processing, the review of account structures, and the provision of documentation for clients and the various business lines of the bank. In addition to daily activities, you will have the opportunity to participate in continuous improvement, optimization, and automation of processes, in a constantly evolving environment. This mission is part of a context of high activity and could be extended according to business needs.Main responsibilities- Analyze and control client account structures before any payment processing- Verify the validity of signatures and ensure compliance of payment instructions- Guarantee consistency between internal procedures and regulatory requirements- Prepare and provide contractual documents and financial reports necessary for client visits- Produce personalized financial reports at the request of managers and clients- Respond to requests from different business lines regarding activities related to the Client Register- Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and the optimization of working methods- Contribute to automation projects and daily activities- Maintain a high level of quality, precision, and reliability in file processing- Effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment subject to short deadlinesWe are looking for a profile meeting the following criteria- CFC, Bachelor, or Master degree, ideally in the fields of banking, finance, economics, management, or information systems- Previous professional experience or internship in a banking, financial, or administrative environment constitutes an asset- Junior profile wishing to develop their skills within the banking sector- Excellent learning capacity and strong motivation to evolve in a demanding environment- Rigor, attention to detail, and concern for quality- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt quickly to priorities- Marked interest in automation and new technologies- Knowledge or interest in tools such as Python, SQL, low-code solutions, or artificial intelligence technologies constitutes an advantage- Good command of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel- Knowledge of Avaloq represents an asset- Team spirit, sense of service, and excellent communication skills- Willingness to actively contribute to collective success- Fluent command of French and English, both written and oral.
