Do you enjoy managing projects?Technical Project Manager, Planning and Urban DevelopmentDo you enjoy managing projects, coordinating stakeholders, and advancing concrete files?We offer a stimulating and varied role, at the heart of a municipality on a human scale, where your expertise will contribute directly to the development of the Municipality.The Municipality is looking for its territory management department for a:Technical Project Manager, Planning and Urban DevelopmentDegree: 80% - 100%Type of contract: PermanentStart date: October 1st or by agreementYour mission:- Under the direction of the Department Head, you manage large-scale or smaller projects in the fields of planning, civil engineering, urban development, and/or in connection with other sectors of the department.- You direct projects entrusted to third parties and ensure the role of the project owner.- You manage other current tasks related to the field of municipal territory management.- You manage the tasks inherent to the position.Your profile:- You are a HES engineer in the field of landscape architecture, urban planning, civil engineering, or architecture, or you possess equivalent training.- You have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar position.- You master MS Office tools, Adobe, Autocad.- You have the ability to work autonomously.- You have basic knowledge of the German language.- Training and/or experience in project management is a plus.Salary: According to the personnel salary scale.Information regarding this position can be obtained from the Head of the Territory Management Department.Interested?
