Job Description

Founded by the Federation of Romandy Enterprises on 14 December 1960, nearly a quarter of a century before the entry into force of mandatory occupational pension provision (LPP), CIEPP has for more than 60 years offered companies and self-employed persons solid and advantageous solutions, quality and local service at an optimal cost. It currently employs around sixty staff working in various fields of occupational pension provision, such as law, insurance, accounting, IT, asset management and real estate. The entirety of management is internal, avoiding the pitfalls of outsourcing and allowing comprehensive responses.
Since 2005, CIEPP has been an autonomous private non-profit foundation. In a way, it belongs to its insured persons. Based in Geneva, CIEPP has agencies in French-speaking Switzerland and is active throughout Switzerland.

CIEPP offers modular plans, easy to understand, and stable premiums over time, easy to calculate for both employer and insured. It offers interest rates and conversion rates above the market average and demonstrates strong financial solidity with very low asset management and administrative fees.
CIEPP provides local service: it is the institution for SMEs and the self-employed.
Together with FER-CIAM (AHV/1st pillar), CIEPP offers a rare convenience through a single point of contact: employer e-services. Employers can make employee notifications and handle their administrative queries online via a single portal. Thanks to this online service platform, information only needs to be entered once. The electronic system automatically redirects it to the relevant institution.
CIEPP insured persons can also benefit from insured e-services to access, among other things, their pension certificate.

CIEPP regularly seeks motivated collaborators with expertise in the 2nd pillar or wishing to work in social insurance to fill positions such as:

  • LPP Client Advisor
  • LPP Client Advisory Assistant
  • LPP Administration Manager
  • LPP Benefits Manager
