As a unit secretary, you provide assistance to two service managers as well as the deputy director of OCOSP. You are specifically attached to services related to compulsory schooling and the transition 1 system.

Responsibilities

  • Independently ensure the coordination and management of the secretarial activities of the ECO-T1 service managers (RP ECO-T1) and CMFP (RP CMFP), and the person responsible for coordinating transition 1 (interdepartmental and interservice context) by delegation and/or according to their instructions.
  • Collaborate in the organisation, planning and operationalisation of the ECO-T1 process.
  • Collaborate in the management and organisation of information and orientation events.
  • Monitor the training of commercial apprentice employees.

Qualifications

  • Commercial employee federal certificate of capacity (CFC)
  • Office tools: very good command of Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Internet required
  • Experience in an assistant role
  • Excellent spelling and writing skills. Aptitude for team coordination.
  • Interest in professional integration, especially for young people in difficulty.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility
