Unit Secretary ARC Employment Job Description Within the General Directorate of Human Resources, the ARC Employment sector supports services to enable them to benefit from surplus positions occupied by job seekers from the canton of Vaud, assigned under labor market measures (MMT). In this role within ARC Employment, you actively contribute to the mission of professional reintegration within the Vaud Canton, autonomous establishments 10, Unisanté, UNIL, and higher education institutions. Responsibilities Ensure telephone and in-person reception, management of the email inbox and stakeholders Inform job seekers assigned to MMT X about their profile and the positions offered Provide support to professional reintegration counselors (follow-up on labor market measures (PET/PI), interviews, updating the database, managing the process, performing various general tasks (writing minutes, updating dashboards, establishing reports, electronic document management (GED), etc.).
